What this service covers
Our UI/UX design process begins with understanding. We conduct user research interviews, analyze existing analytics if available, and map the jobs-to-be-done for each key user group. Only then do we move into information architecture: how the product is organized, what is reachable from where, and what the mental model should be. Wireframes come next, tested with real users before any visual design is applied. The visual design phase builds on this tested structure, creating screens that feel considered rather than assembled. We document all states, transitions, and edge cases. The final handover includes a complete Figma file (or equivalent), a component library with documented usage, and interaction specifications for the development team.
